Subjects and batches
Create subjects, then batches (a class group with a schedule, teacher and monthly fee). Students are enrolled into one or more batches.
Class routine
The routine page shows the weekly timetable for every batch. Add classes by hand, or let eCampuz build a clash-free routine: it never puts one teacher or one room in two places at once.

- 2Enter the subjects, teachers and periods per week.
- 3Choose how to build it: the built-in scheduler (free, no key) or your own AI key.
- 4Review the proposal. Nothing is saved until you accept.
- 5Print it as a black-and-white PDF for the notice board.
Your own AI key
To use AI for the routine, paste your own key from Google Gemini, OpenAI or another supported provider. It is sent once with the request and is never stored by eCampuz. The built-in scheduler needs no key.
Calendar and live classes
Schedule online classes and events in Live classes. Students see them in their portal.
Homework
Teachers post homework for a batch with a due date; students see it in the portal.
