What it adds
School mode adds the structure schools need: academic years and terms, classes with sections, roll numbers, yearly promotion, class attendance, class fees and term report cards. It is available when your plan includes it.
Set up the year
Create the academic year and its terms, then classes and sections, then place students into a section. Roll numbers can be renumbered automatically.

Daily work
Class attendance marks a whole section at once (everyone starts present). Class fees sets a monthly fee per class and creates the month’s fee rows for every placed student in one click; running it again never double-charges.
Promotion
At year end promote a whole class to the next with one action. A promotion can be reversed within 7 days.
Report cards
Enter marks per term, add remarks, and open a printable report card with attendance included. Students and parents can see it in their portal.
