Take attendance

Teachers open Attendance, choose the batch and day, and mark each student present, absent or late. It is a single page with big tap targets for phones.

  1. 1Open Attendance and choose the batch.
  2. 2Tap a name to change its status.
  3. 3Save. Parents can see it in their portal.

Works offline

If the connection drops, the attendance is saved on the phone and sent automatically when the internet returns. Saving twice never creates duplicates.

Absentee messages

Send a ready-made WhatsApp message to the parents of students who were absent. There is no SMS cost: the message opens in WhatsApp for you to send.

Staff attendance

Record the attendance of teachers and staff separately under Staff attendance. It feeds payroll.
